The Peachie is one of the most impressive display animals available, only surpassed by the tree monitor group in absolute beauty. Peachies are more forgiving captives, as long as you have the time and resources to provide them with what they need. All peachies currently available in Canada are imports, but I am working with  a group reaching sexual maturity to provide you with Captive Born offspring. A peachie is a commitment, and should not be a pet you expect to handle. Accept them for what they are, and they will reward you with an awesome display of beauty and hunting prowess. Peachies will grow to 36” to 54” in total length, so a large arboreal tropical enclosure is necessary. Be sure you can house and feed them before you make the commitment. Anyone looking to make the commitment will be provided with all the information necessary to keep one successfully.  I have observed what appears to be mating behaviour in my two youngest pair, but sex isn’t even guaranteed yet.
